When do the credits arrive?
As soon as the payment is approved — and we email you the receipt.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits have no expiry and add to your balance each time you buy. Remaining credits are removed if you delete your account.
How do I pay? Will I be charged again automatically?
Payments go through Toss Payments (Card · Easy pay·Bank transfer). You can buy after logging in and verifying your email. Credit packs are one-time purchases and are never charged again automatically.
Can I get a receipt or a tax invoice?
We email the payment receipt, and the Toss Payments card slip is on your order details page. If you need a tax invoice, let us know via Contact.
Can I switch to another pack?
No need to switch — just buy the pack you want when you need it. All credits add up.
How do refunds work?
Your first credit pack is covered by the 14-day refund guarantee if the conditions are met (within 14 days of payment, fewer than 5 sets submitted after payment, and more) — send your payment email, date and reason via Contact. Within 7 days of payment, if you have not used the credits from that payment, you can also request a refund directly on the order details page. Credits already used are not refunded. See the Refund Policy for details.
What happens to credits if a generation fails?
Credits for the images (or shorts) the engine could not make come back automatically. No request needed.
What if my payment fails?
If the payment does not complete, you are not charged and no credits are added. Go back to the checkout page and try again.
Are the free sign-up credits refundable?
Free sign-up credits cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
