From the First Drop to Now

In bright ivory light, a macro lens follows how a single bottle of ink comes to be. In turn: the first drop blooming in water, a shelf with paper, pens and props, four base inks glowing in the window light, a mixing cup where yellow and black drops turn blue into teal, a pen stroke whose wet sheen dries to reveal its true color, and ink being poured into a bottle. The timeline line on screen is drawn scene by scene and changes to the same color. It ends with a bottle whose label has a blank name field and “Come make your very own ink.”
