A quiz arrives in a navy-blue night chatroom. After the “Typing…” indicator stops, an ✕ stamp lands on the “It'll be okay” I sent — the more I suppress it, the more the almond emoji “Almond” (the amygdala) bursts out of its panel and swells red. The answer to the second quiz is the voice message “I'm anxious right now” ✓; when I slap on an “Anxiety” label, it deflates with a hiss and the room turns into a dawn sky.
