Why Does a Switched-Off Phone Still Suck Up Your Focus?
In a night lab, a plain black phone thuds onto a fluorescent-orange rubber membrane and digs a funnel, and the path of the white marble 「Focusy」 bends toward it. Even after you press 「OFF」 the well stays put, the membrane's orange (brain energy) swirls and drains into the well, and with a single notification Focusy circles the well — 「23 minutes」. The moment the phone leaves through the 「Another Room」 door, the membrane boings flat and the orange fills back up, and across the sky appears in big letters: 「Focus isn't willpower, it's distance」.
