Tips from the Breads
The red bean bun, croissant, milk loaf, and baguette on the shelf pop up and sit down, rattling off quick tips — when the bell jingles, the bread is fresh out of the oven; the handwriting on the name tags holds the owner's own way to eat it; tear the loaf by hand along the grain; warm up leftovers a little the next day and they're toasty again. At the final “Real Tip,” when asked “What's good today?”, all four breads shout “Me!” at once — a white baker's hat pops up from behind the counter and sticks a “Bread of the Day” ribbon on the red bean bun.
