Snap! It starts with the mugshot of a tomato disguised in Groucho glasses, nose and mustache (placard: “Vegetable”), and at “You've been fooled your whole life!”, the disguise pops off and a red “Fruit” stamp slams down. A magnified cross-section of seeds and a flower → fruit growth animation show what makes a fruit, and the lineup's cucumber, eggplant, squash and bell pepper are “all fruits” — their skill at posing as vegetables is ranked C (cucumber · rows of seeds), B (eggplant, squash · where the flower fell off) and A (bell pepper · hidden seeds), then the music stops and after a drumroll comes S-tier tomato: the ultimate disguise, issued a “Vegetable” ID card by the US Supreme Court in 1893 over a tariff dispute. Dessert plate vs. dinner plate shows why, and it wraps up with two ID cards (science: fruit / law: vegetable).
