One Outfit, Four Pairs of Hands

One “ding!” of the bell and four people pop up from behind the counter like whack-a-moles. As a customer's shirt moves sideways from drop-off (checking pockets) → washing (finding stains) → alterations (buttons, length, zippers) → pressing (steam), the wall color changes and each person in charge is introduced. When the last of the steam clears, even the four people's hair has been “pressed” flat.
