With a phone buzz, a “Frequently Received DM” card pops up, and a “3-Minute Mood Cup” with a face drained from replying drops down. Each time the stage changes between sky blue, pink and butter yellow, seasoning packets “Breath,” “Song” and “Memory” rip open and pour out wind, musical notes and stars, while stickers for “Autonomic nerves calmed,” “Amygdala stimulated” and “Brain reward area ON” attach and the charge bar fills one block at a time. At “Put the phone down,” the DM phone from earlier flips face-down, and after a fast-forwarded timer the lid pops — and the cup's expression bursts into a smile.
