Opens with a real photo of amber-hued fresh tomato pasta, then draws a single tomato-red ㅅ stroke between 「Italian」 and 「Japanese」 to show that the shop's name is the message. It follows the chef's path from Milan → Namyeong-dong → Seochon, the single course that changes with each season, and the plates of the summer course from the article in the order of a visit. Then, on the empty plate, a fork and chopsticks meet as a ㅅ and ask about the next season.
