After being stunned by “Done in 10 minutes,” each of three common mistakes — adding the rice first, cooking long over low heat, forgetting the sesame oil — sets off the ✕ buzzer, and they're fixed with kimchi first, 2 minutes on high heat and one drop of sesame oil. When that last drop falls, the center buzzer turns gold and confetti bursts.
