Steam rises from the old 「Suhwa Sikdang」 sign and a call bell dings — the place you took for a 「diner?」 is actually an indie bookstore across from Gwandeokjeong. Each time a tip is pinned to the order-slip rail, the kitchen window slides past a shelf of Ihujin Press books set apart, hand-bound books, the 「Tear the Book」 wall where you rip out passages and paste them up, and the sky you can see so well from the ground floor. At the final tip, the wall clock spins wildly past a full turn — and you become a 「Bookshop Keeper for a Day」.
