The Bar Graph That Reached the End of the Universe
An eraser wipes away the “History of the Universe” drawn on a chalkboard, and in its place the chart title “Supercomputer 10²⁵ years · Quantum computer ?” is written in chalk. Twenty-five zeros spill out — tap, tap — forming an orange bar that breaks through the chalkboard's wooden frame and stretches endlessly past planets and galaxies (the “Age of the Universe” flag is right next to the starting point), and after passing hints one by one — the name, error correction, superposition and a cup of coffee — the answer is revealed: “5 minutes.” The quantum computer's bar is so short you need a magnifying glass to find it, and the supercomputer is still calculating.
