How One Black-and-White Shot Gets Made

Starting from a single black-and-white print pinned to a bookshelf, the camera slowly follows inside: the bookstore entrance, shelves packed with books, the studio where a tripod stands. The moment the remote shutter fires, all color drains from the frame into black and white; two shots are picked, the shop passes by at night, then color slowly returns to the daytime shop, ending on the “Daegyeong Used Bookstore” wordmark.
