Just 3 Seconds, Pinned to One Dot

The words 'Notification · I'm hungry · Just one video' that were trembling across the screen freeze the moment the vermilion dot Kok-i lands with a 'Pok!', and 'Just 3 seconds.' is stamped on. After Kok-i turns into a candle to show trataka, an ancient yoga concentration practice, you try it together with the viewer: one object → 'Hup!' → a real 3-second countdown (with a sneaky stray thought going 'boing') → 'Hooo— begin!'
